Placing an order
When placing an order with us by ordering through our online checkout process, please check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement.

Cancellation and returns
If you wish to cancel your order:

If you have already received the goods, you can return goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be your responsibility
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. A refund will not apply if the product has been used or have been customised specifically for you
