Delivery Details

Orders must be placed by 9am weekdays to get next working day delivery.

Orders over £50 are delivered FREE on a 2-3 day delivery, next working day will be charged at £6.95 and for orders under £50.00; there is a £4.95 Delivery Charge (on 2-3 days delivery).

Small items are posted by royal mail; these can take up to 5 days.

We hope to deliver your goods next (working) day but there can be a delay of 2-4 days should there be any courier problems and providing they are in stock. If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us direct and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund. Any damages/shortages should be reported to us within 24hours.

The following UK postcodes AB31 to AB56, IV1 to 63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 38, PH4 to 50, Northern Ireland (BT), HS,IV41 to 51, 55 &56, KA27 & 28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH 42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM) Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland will incur a postage cost of £10.00 - Please contact us for additional delivery charges. Pallet rates available on request

(Orders placed Friday(after 9am), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday (for next day preferences) providing they are in stock). Orders for Scotland, Ireland and British Isles may take longer than 2-4 days

Our courier takes care in delivering our goods to your door, they deliver usually between 9am and 6pm, as a guideline but the times may differ depending on your area. if you can state a safe area or neighbour to leave your goods, and this will ensure the item is not returned to the courier's local depot.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately by phone or email to discuss the options or arrange an alternative product. If you have any questions regarding delivery please do not hesitate to call our Customer Service Team on 01934 852973 and we will be happy to help.

Please note: Prices on this site may differ to our retail store prices. We cannot guarantee the same prices in store!

Blagdon Water Gardens denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.

Our courier company will attempt to delivery your parcel/s on three occasions (A card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself. Should you not collect your parcel we may have to charge you for a re-delivery.

Returns Policy

If you decide your purchase is unsuitable you must return your order within 30 days of receipt of your products.

Products are to be returned in perfect condition to Blagdon Water Gardens, Bath Road, Upper Langford, North Somerset, BS40 5DN.

The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid any damage and we recommend returning the products by recorded delivery.

Unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied, Blagdon Water Gardens will not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, which are not received.

On safe return of products Blagdon Water Gardens will refund all sums paid by you, less cost of return postage.

If a purchased product is damaged or faulty then collection of product will be arranged by Blagdon Water Gardens.

Return of goods after 30 days is at our own discretion.

Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned, if faulty to us for exchange/refund during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return.

Products that are specially made such as magazines, box liners, videos, books cannot be returned for refund unless faulty/damaged.

Goods are not allowed to be tried/tested.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Blagdon Water Gardens reserve the right to alter/amend any price/product description as displayed on the website at any time.

Price Match

For Blagdon Water Gardens to allow a Price Match we apply the following rules:

The product you have seen must be in stock, brand new and boxed, not on sale clearance, damaged, Shop soiled or an auction formatted offer.

Items sold on eBay will not be price matched.

The product price must include extra surcharges including postage and packaging, VAT etc..

Any information, advertisements and links to the competitors website and product page must be provided.

We do not offer any finance, buy now pay later, interest free credit on price matched items.

We must be able to confirm and verify the competitors price.

We must have your Price Match accepted and confirmed by us verbally or by email.

Please note: Price Matches cannot be made after an order has been processed.
